SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping orders: Most orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase.  Depending on stock levels, some orders may take up to 15 business days to process. Orders placed during an online sale campaign could also delay shipping times. Orders are shipped complete (so, if you order more than one item, all items will ship in the same package). As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email provided from the account. U.S. customers will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped. If you did not receive the email, it could be because 1) the email is in your spam folder, 2) you provided an incorrect or mistyped your email address or 3) your order has not shipped yet. If it has been 15 business days, we encourage you to contact us at info@alwaysagainusa.com to inquire about the order status.

We are not responsible for packages lost during transit. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; you are responsible to file the claim with USPS. However, we do encourage you to contact us for assistance.

We typically ship USPS (US Postal Service). No signature is required.

Shipping rates: Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary depending on location.

Free shipping on all orders over $125 when you use code FREESHIP (U.S. only). You must enter the code at checkout (shipping costs will not be refunded after your order has been placed).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are not responsible for any customs fees or shippers fees you may incur or for any delays due to customs. We have no way of knowing if you will incur a customs fee/taxes or not. Also, international customers will receive a tracking number for the shipment, however delivery confirmation is not guaranteed. Some countries outside of the USA will update the tracking number until the package has been delivered, while other countries will not. In that case, the tracking information stops once it leaves the USA. If your tracking number is not updated and you have not received the package after a long while (wait at least one month) then it is possible that the package was lost. In most cases, the package will still be delivered and has been held up at customs or for another reason. We have seen cases of packages arriving 2 or 3 months after leaving the US. We are not responsible for packages after they are collected by the USPS from us once we ship them, but we can assist you in trying to locate the package. Contact us (info@alwaysagainusa.com) after 30 days of the most recent date on the tracking information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Exchanges only, within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us within 10 days of delivery if you would like to exchange an item. Your return postage will be free. ALL returns must be unworn, unwashed merchandise. Do not return anything without contacting us first (and getting instructions from us). In the event of an item being no longer available, you will be refunded once the item has been returned.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by Always Again.  Always Again may terminate these Terms without notice and at any time. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the website and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to the Content (as defined herein) and the disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms shall survive termination.  Always Again shall also have the right without notice and at any time to terminate the Website or any portion thereof, or any products or services offered through the Website, or to terminate any individual’s right to access or use the Website or any portion thereof.

By placing an order, attempting to place an order or supplying your email address in any way allows Always Again to add your email address to an email newsletter. If you receive an email newsletter from Always Again, you will see a link to unsubscribe. You will then be removed from the list immediately. If you place an order or attempt to place an order or supply your email address again after you unsubscribe, you may be placed on the mailing list again and you will need to unsubscribe again when you receive an email newsletter.
