Shipping / Return Policy

Shipping

 

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number. Please be aware that the 2-3 day shipping option you may see at checkout only refers to the time in transit once the post office receives the package. Packages over one pound (typically hoodies or multiple shirts) are automatically applied USPS Priority Mail postage, and it will say 2-3 day shipping. This does not necessarily mean that your item will ship in 2-3 days, only that once it ships, you will receive it in 2-3 days. We do strive to ship orders within 3-5 days, however, sometimes there are delays. Please allow one week for your order to ship before contacting us. We thank you for your patience.

 

Returns/Exchanges

Can you return your item for a refund?
You can return your item for store credit. However, we don't offer refunds. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. If the item is returned worn, washed or damaged, we will not be able to issue store credit.

We do not offer exchanges, however you can return your item(s) for store credit and use that credit to re-purchase the item again. It's essentially the same as an exchange, except you will be going through the process of placing a new order.  This helps us keep track of the transaction. If your item is incorrect, damaged or defective, please let us know right away. Email us with a description of the problem and order number to info@alwaysagainusa.com.
