Shipping / Return Policy
You can return your item for store credit. However, we don't offer refunds. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. If the item is returned worn, washed or damaged, we will not be able to issue store credit.
We do not offer exchanges, however you can return your item(s) for store credit and use that credit to re-purchase the item again. It's essentially the same as an exchange, except you will be going through the process of placing a new order. This helps us keep track of the transaction. If your item is incorrect, damaged or defective, please let us know right away. Email us with a description of the problem and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
